Brittany Grigsby
Brittany was first introduced to the real estate profession in 2008. She landed a job as a leasing agent in a popular community in Lithia Springs, GA. She enjoyed leasing, but wanted to finish her degree in elementary education. She graduated from LEE UNIVERSITY in 2012 with an Elementary Education degree and immediately began her teaching career. Her husband, Josh Grigsby, reintroduced the real estate profession to her in 2014, when he was hired at RE/MAX First. Brittany worked by her husband’s side doing assistant-like duties as she continued teaching; this reminded her how much she loved real estate and helping families find that perfect home! Brittany decided to go into full time real estate in November of 2016 and worked on getting her Real Estate license. Since February 2017, the Grigsbys have teamed up to form the perfect partnership to help families all around Maryville, Knoxville, and surrounding areas with their real estate needs! They have earned TOP awards from RE/MAX for their dedicated Real Estate work. They assure that all of their clients will be “treated like family.” Having experienced almost 6 years in the education profession, Brittany has combined her creative abilities and organization, along with her professionalism and knowledge, to create the perfect match for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Josh Grigsby
Josh Grigsby was born and raised in Blount County. His mother LeAnne Grigsby manages Stockton Mortgage in East Tennessee and other states, so a career in real estate came naturally for him after he graduated from LEE UNIVERSITY in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Since getting his Real Estate license in 2014, Josh has received multiple awards from Re/Max, such as Top Agent, Executive Club Awards, 100% Club Award, Platinum Award and more! When Josh is not working, he enjoys golf, camping and Tennessee VOLS Football!
Josh brings a very personable and professional approach to the buying and selling process. He is very knowledgeable and enjoys educating the buyer and seller on each step of the process. He is very patient with buyers and easily alters his schedule to fit in showings when asked to view a home. He consistently sends updated searches to all of his clients and informs them on price reductions and more! He always answers his phone, and makes sure that all of his buyers and sellers' questions are answered!
